Please do not attend any FAMP MIAMI Chapter in-person meeting or event if, within the two weeks prior to the meeting/event you have tested positive for COVID-19; you have been in close contact (as defined by the CDC) with someone who’s tested positive for COVID-19; you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (as identified by the CDC); or you are immunocompromised or otherwise at higher risk for contracting or experiencing health complications from COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.

The FAMP MIAMI CHAPTER will be following applicable guidance from health officials to help minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19 or any communicable disease at all of its in-person meetings and events. However, because of the possibility of asymptomatic transmission, we cannot prevent the presence of the virus entirely. If you attend any FAMP MIAMI Chapter in-person meeting or event you are doing so voluntarily and with an understanding that you may become exposed to, contract or spread COVID-19 as a result. Everyone who chooses to attend any in-person FAMP SW Chapter meeting or event does so voluntarily and at his/her own risk.
The FAMP MIAMI Chapter strongly encourages all in-person event attendees, prior to and while at the meeting/event, to practice proper social distancing and good hygiene, and to follow other applicable recommendations from health officials.

NO REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS
Once paid, registration fees for the Miami Chapter of FAMP Annual Trade Show 2022, is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Miami Chapter of FAMP Annual Trade Show, 2022, at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone the event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed Miami Chapter of FAMP Annual Trade Show shall be applicable to the rescheduled Miami Chapter of FAMP Annual Trade Show on a dollar for dollar basis only. The Miami Chapter of FAMP is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Miami Chapter of FAMP Annual Trade Show dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. FAMP Miami Chapter reserves the right to change any and all Breakout Sessions or events without notice. By registering for the Miami Chapter of FAMP Annual Trade Show you acknowledge that, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
