• Art “Ski” Swiatkowski – A seasoned mortgage and real estate professional with over 30 years of experience, Ski has designed and delivered hundreds of webinars, workshops, and in-person training sessions on both mortgage and commercial loan origination. He has led national training programs at major lending platforms, frequently presented for NAMB and local broker chapters, and authored educational content for Scotsman Guide. He currently serves on the publication’s Board of Directors. His approach blends industry expertise with a focus on broker development and practical skills.
• Enrique Gomez – An active commercial originator with extensive experience closing diverse transactions, Enrique provides a real-world perspective on structuring deals, overcoming underwriting challenges, and managing client relationships.
