A Message from the Miami Chapter
As we welcome July, we want to thank each of you for your continued support and engagement with our association. Your active participation is what keeps our chapter thriving, and June offered some excellent opportunities to connect, learn, and lead.
We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us for the Property Tax Power Hour with the Miami-Dade Tax Collector Honorable Dariel Fernandez and Florida State Representative Tom Fabricio. The discussion provided timely and important insights into property tax policies and legislative updates that directly impact our industry and our clients.
Also in June, several of our board members represented the Miami Chapter at the FAMP Quarterly Meeting in Orlando. It was a productive gathering of industry professionals from across the state, focused on collaboration, advocacy, and planning for the future of mortgage professionals in Florida.
