A Message from the Miami Chapter
As we move into September, we’re excited to reflect on the recent accomplishments of our chapter. This past month, we had the privilege of attending the state FAMP tradeshow, where two of our members, Jackie Mamber and Ingrid Ascano, were honored with awards for their work in the association. Their hard work and dedication are a true reflection of the strength of our chapter, and we couldn’t be more proud.
Looking ahead, we have a packed schedule of events and initiatives that we believe will bring even more opportunities for connection, growth, and collaboration. We encourage everyone to stay engaged as we continue to build momentum into the fall.

Gilbert Sanchez
About: This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Gilbert Sanchez, an Account Executive in the mortgage industry with over 30 years of experience. Currently with NQM Funding, Gilbert is known for his ability to structure and close complex Non-QM loans that others often can’t. He also serves as the Membership Chair for the FAMP Miami Chapter, helping grow and support our local mortgage community. Gilbert’s deep industry knowledge, dedication, and leadership make him a valuable asset to both his clients and our organization.
But it’s not just his professional accomplishments that make him stand out—Gilbert is also the life of any party or event. Known for being an incredible dancer, he brings energy, joy, and an infectious spirit to every gathering. No matter the event, Gilbert always knows how to get everyone on the dance floor!
We’re lucky to have him as a part of our chapter, and we are excited to see him continue to shine both in and outside of the office.
