The FAMB Foundation 8-Hour Florida SAFE Comprehensive 2020 Mortgage Loan Originator Course will provide those in attendance with a discussion of TRID, RESPA: Section 8 & Third Party Fees, Electronic Consent, Appraisals, ECOA, Ability to Repay, Homeownership Counseling Requirement, Settlement Service Provider List, Advertising and Privacy Policy Requirements, an analysis of FS494, 69V-40 and recent changes, a review of Anti-Money Laundering, Do Not Call – Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act 15 USC 6101 et seq and Mortgage Acts and Practices – Advertising (Regulation N) 12 CFR 1014 and an overview of Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) requirements and Seller Financing Requirements as Stipulated under the Dodd Frank Act.
