During this course you will analyze 1040 tax returns and various schedules.   We will also cover Partnership, S Corp and Corporate returns.  Participants will learn to complete a FNMA 1084 Cash Flow Analysis Form, the same used by Underwriters to find the maximum qualifying income for self-employed borrowers.
Learning will be reinforced using a case study with two years of tax returns.
